Bolger is one of only 68 printing companies throughout the United States that have been certified.
To become an SGP-certified printing facility, Bolger was required to undergo an independent third-party certification audit aligning it with the published SGP criteria. All certified facilities must pass environmental, health and safety, and energy audits, in addition to conducting indoor air quality tests. Facilities must maintain documentation strategy for Best Management Practices and have a team of employees in place to coordinate sustainability efforts.
We pursued SGP certification, to bolster our current Environmental, Health and Safety program, and to provide clients the assurance that we are a responsible company that continues moving forward with heightened standards of its Sustainable Management System practices. We have valued and worked toward sustainable printing practices since the 1970’s, reducing our carbon footprint, as well as pursuing environmental actions that create a better tomorrow for our community, the health and safety of our employees, and for the generations yet to come.
Bolger has been meeting the needs of its regional and national clients since 1934, pioneering integrated communication services into a seamless printing and distribution process. Bolger continues to work closely with clients to provide business tools for communication needs utilizing the latest technology available, and the highest quality in print. Bolger is SSAE/SOC2/Type II Audited, SGP Certified, FSC® Certified and committed to environmentally sustainable business practices.
